Parking Instruction
Three parking spots are available. Please utilize these designated areas for parking and kindly refrain from parking outside the designated parking zone, particularly in front of the neighbor’s driveway.
Please drive very slow on Sparrow Lane. Kids and pets are playing on the street.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
After you checked in:
Please report any damages within the first 24 hours.
You can use the Airbnb inbox to communicate, or you may text me if I need to address the issue within the time you are staying at my house.
If you need more essentials such as toilet paper, towels, and so on, please contact me

Before your departure, we kindly request your assistance with the following tasks to ensure we are well-prepared for our next guests:
1-Please dispose of any garbage and recyclables in the designated garbage bin and blue recycling bins located on the left side of the garage door in the driveway.
2-If the garbage bin is already full, kindly refrain from leaving any garbage outside, as it may attract animals. Instead, please tie the garbage bag securely and leave it in the functional kitchen area.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and organized environment for everyone’s enjoyment.
3-Please close and lock all windows and doors.
4-Please check to ensure all the appliances are off, especially the stove, cooktop, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.
Shut off all lights.
5-Place towels in the bathtubs.
Clean and load all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Please remove leftover food from the dishes before you place it into the dishwasher.
6-Notify your host of your departure, and please kindly let me know of any damaged items.
Fitness equipment
There are three bicycles inside the house.
One Electic and two regular bicycles. The Electric bike is inside the shoe room located in front of the powder room on the main floor.
If you are using the Electic bike, please charge it back by connecting the charger to the bottom of the electric bike.
Please make sure you return the electric bick to the shoe room and please do not leave it outside as it may get stolen. The other two bicks can stay outside.
Please note: We do not provide helmets due to hygiene issues. So if you are using the bike, please get your helmet which you can buy from Canadian Tire 5 mins away from our house.
Please do not ride the bikes inside the house.
Ping Pong Table & Foosball Table
There is a Ping Pong Table in the basement. There should be a set of ping pong paddles and ping pong balls on the table.
There is also a Foosball table on the other side for you and your family to have fun. The ball should be inside the table.
First Aid Kit and Fire distinguisher
There is a Red First Aid kit in the main kitchen on the counter (in case you do not find it on the counter, please look into the kitchen cabinets), and there should be a fire distinguisher right beside it.
Fireplace
There are three fireplaces in the house.
1- TV Room: to turn the fireplace on please flip the switch with a red mark around it. Please see the picture below.
2- Great Room: the switches are located on the wall opposite to the fireplace. There are two switches, one of them to turn the gas going and the other one to ignite the fireplace. Please make sure your turn both on.
3- Master Bedroom: the switches are on the left side of the fireplace.
TV
We have 80 inches curved TV in the family room. This is a smart TV.
We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube, and so on.
There are two remote controls; please use one to turn the TV on and use the second one to work around the TV. Please use the pointer to operate the TV.
Netflix, Amazon Prime
We have Netflix and Amazon prime for our guests to enjoy their favorit movies.
Please try to use your account to view your movies.
BBQ Grill
There is a small Grill outside to the left side of the front entrance.
Please kindly make sure once you are done using the grill, close the gas valve on top of the gas tank. Please do not place the BBQ infront of a window glass. It will break the glass.
Appliances
Refrigerators
Two refrigerators: one in the main kitchen and the other one in the working kitchen. Therefore, if one fridge malfunctions, you still have the other one, and your vacation does not have to be interrupted.
Stoves
Two Stoves: One inside the main kitchen (induction cooktop) and one in the working kitchen (gas). You need special pots and pans for the induction cooktop located in the corner cabinet.
The cooktop in the kitchen is an induction stove, which requires the use of magnetic pots and pans. You can find these specialized cookware items in the corner cabinet located under the coffee maker.
Ovens
Two Ovens: The one in the main kitchen is an electric oven, and the one in the working kitchen is a gas oven.
Microwaves
Two Ovens: The one in the main kitchen is an electric oven, and the one in the working kitchen is a gas oven.
Dishwashers
Two Dishwashers: one in the main kitchen and one in the working kitchen. The dishwasher tablets are located in the cabinet underneath the sink on the left of the dishwasher in the main kitchen.
Please refrain from loading dishes with food scraps.

Caution: The hot water is very hot

Washer/Dryer
One Washer/Dryer upstairs on the second floor. Detergents are inside the laundry room. We have powder detergent, softener, stain remover, and bleach.
Please close the dryer machine firmly so you can hear the clicking sound to turn on the machine.
Mini Fridge
One Mini Fridge inside the Bar Area
Blow dryers
Three blow dryers in the common closet upstairs
Iron/Iron Table
Iron and Iron table in the laundry room.
Fans
There should be Four fans, one for each bedroom.
Blender
The blender should be inside the working kitchen.
Toaster
One toaster in the main kitchen
Massage Chair
A massage chair is in the family room in front of the TV, there is a power cord on the right side of the chair. Sometimes the power cord comes lose; in that case, press it firmly, and it should work again.
Important Note
Our goal as your hose is to ensure that all appliances are functional at all times.
Please inform us if there is any malfunction with any appliances, and we cordially ask our guests not to rate us poorly if any of the appliances are not working.
Kitchenware
Please see the pictures below, there are some of the kitchenware that we have for our dear guests.
Please note that we have a blender in the cabinet inside the working kitchen.
Most of the pots and pans are in the corner cabinet in the main kitchen.
Also, you need to use special pots and pans for the inductive cooktop in the main kitchen.
Hot tub
Is outside and should be available. After use please put the cover back on top.
Thermostat
Each bedroom has its own Thermostat.
The main floor and the master bedroom have a Nest thermostat, and the other bedrooms and areas have the conventional thermostat.
Aircondition Thermostat is upstairs.
Trash
There are two trash cans inside the kitchen and the working kitchen.
The garbage bins are outside on the left side of the garage door.
Please do not mix the garbage and the recycling items.
There are blue boxes beside the big garbage cans. Please place your recycled items inside these blue boxes.
Please note the garbage can with a green lid is for organic materials. Please kindly do not put your garbage in them.
Dispose any garbage and recycle in the designated garbage bin and blue recycle bins located in the driveway on the left side of the garage door. If the garbage bin is full, please do not leave the garbage outside because animals will get into it. If the garbage bin is full, please tie the garbage plastic bag and leave the garbage in the working kitchen.
Kindly secure the garbage lid using the provided locks on top of it.
